Lily has been solving complex business and consumer problems for the last 8 years. Since 2018, Lily has been a Lead Product Designer at Netflix. She is currently designing the future of Growth, focusing on connecting more people across the globe to Netflix’s world-class films, series and games. Her previous roles were at Scribd and Nike.Her past projects include designing Netflix’s new Profile Transfer feature, launching security challenges to block fraudsters from your Netflix account, and leading product design for Scribd’s rebrand.
