We are looking for a Creative Design Director to lead our rapidly growing team. We see this role to be a combination of someone with a Creative Director and Visual Design skill set that knows how to nail an execution, to wow. . With a passion for storytelling and deep knowledge of emerging visual trends, you will have a user driven approach to combining the logic with the trend setting aesthetic. As a rogue experimenter, your team will be made up of a mix of unique skill sets that facilitate the innovative outputs of different mediums.

As we drive forward on our mission to Design a Better World we believe the lines for human and digital interaction need to be blurred outside the digital domains and live in our experiences. At Fierce we’ve been working remotely for the past year, embracing location flexibility fully. We’ve opened our office in London, while continuing to explore how a hybrid working environment can work. We currently expect our team to be working in the office 3 days a week.
