The Role

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead within our marketing team. This key role will operationalise our social strategy with a focus on our bold growth goals across our family of companies. At Fearless we let data decide, this means continually running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rates, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives across our overall growth strategy.

  • Work with a cross-functional team (Design, Talent, Operations, Marketing, Community) to establish growth strategies to support Fearless’ growth goals.
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
  • Manage all social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and drive content creation.
  • Manage SEO.
  • Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

Requirements & skills

  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritise high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Outstanding written, oral, and organisational ability.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems).
  • Proficient with Analytics.
  • 3+ years’ experience in SEO, and growth marketing.




At Fierce we’ve been working remotely for the past year, embracing location flexibility fully. We’ve opened our office in London, while continuing to explore how a hybrid working environment can work. We currently expect our team to be working in the office 3 days a week.
