Partnering with our clients, we embed talent teams to consult, source, and oversee the scaling of culture-driven design capabilities with speed and quality.
You will lead Fearless Talent in London. You will work with Fearless Talent clients, leading our client accounts and embedding talent teams to consult, source and oversee the scaling of design talent acquisition for our clients globally. Our clients include bp, London Stock Exchange, Wise, Woven Planet working with them on the following models - Contractor Bench, Milestone Retainer, Subscription Service and Staff Augmentation. You will also lead a team of 8 talented partners.
At Fierce we’ve been working remotely for the past year, embracing location flexibility fully. We’ve opened our office in London, while continuing to explore how a hybrid working environment can work. We currently expect our team to be working in the office 3 days a week.
