Partnering with our clients, we embed talent teams to consult, source, and oversee the scaling of culture-driven design capabilities with speed and quality.

The Role

You will lead Fearless Talent in London. You will work with Fearless Talent clients, leading our client accounts and embedding talent teams to consult, source and oversee the scaling of design talent acquisition for our clients globally. Our clients include bp, London Stock Exchange, Wise, Woven Planet working with them on the following models - Contractor Bench, Milestone Retainer, Subscription Service and Staff Augmentation. You will also lead a team of 8 talented partners.



  • Placements: 5+ per month
  • Clients: 2 - 4
  • New Business: Renewals & Upsells
  • Executing vision
  • Reporting and measuring performance
  • The success of all assigned clients engagements & renewals
  • Expert at sourcing to ensure delivery

Requirements & skills

  • Working with the Group Leadership team to ensure consistently great experiences for our talented clients.
  • Feeding into, executing and measuring the annual and quarterly strategy/roadmap for our London talent team.
  • Drive and support new business attractions for Fearless talent.
  • Manage and develop client relationships and retention across the location and act as an escalation point for location-specific risks/issues and less senior team members.
  • Develop country-specific models, principles, quality standards, ways of working, and processes and support these globally.




At Fierce we’ve been working remotely for the past year, embracing location flexibility fully. We’ve opened our office in London, while continuing to explore how a hybrid working environment can work. We currently expect our team to be working in the office 3 days a week.


  • We know the frustration of seeing an amazing role and not knowing if the pay is a fit.. so we've added the bands here to support pay equity and transparency. The range for this role is £45,000-£52,000.
