Diverse Talent Pooling

Fearless collaborated with Dubai based Majid Al Futtaim to build a global talent pool to help scale-up their digital lab, utilising Africa as a key hub to hire from.

The challenge
Before partnering with Fearless, Majid Al Futtaim were struggling to keep up with the demand of design needs, so were tasked by the Head of Design to support that growing demand by building a best in-class design team for their Digital Labs.

We bought in a Senior Talent Partner to work side-by-side with the Head of Design and internal talent teams to drive the design hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiations, onboarding and post-offer care.


We surpassed our requirement to make a minimum of 15 placements across 3 months utilising our African community as a key talent pool, whilst hiring designers from some of the world’s best agencies and provide a swift time-to-hire so projects could be executed.
